Hotel has no tea cofe facilities in room. If you come in after 11 pm nowhere to get a hot drink. Rooms good. Toiletries supplied and beds comfy. Well placed to walk around town and walk to beach. Bus Station and Rail Station just over the road too. Breakfast has a good selection and lovely restaurant.
