Burgas co starts 2 mall developments

Burgas-based company Sun City said it is start the construction of shopping mall in the coastal city. The shopping center will have a occupy a 13,000 sq m lot in the Meden Rudnik neighborhood. The plot was bought from Burgas Center Invest, a Sun City subsidiary that will invest in the project. The mall will have a build area of 60,000 sq m, including 40,000 sq m of leasable floor space. Sun City will also deliver a second shopping mall in Burgas with an area of 42,200 sq m.
