11 Beaches Distinguished with the honourable “Blue Flag”

The Bulgarian movement “Blue Flag” announced that the international jury of the program “Blue Flag” praised 2884 beaches and 627 yacht ports in the northern hemisphere.

The kingdom of the Rhododendron in Strandzha

The eighth festival of the Strandzha Rhododendron gathered over 700 guests, the festival bears the name of the unique for the region shrub, which blossoms in May and June and was accepted as a symbol of the mountain.
The festival takes place ever since 2003 in different parts of the mountain.

This year the organizers from the direction of the natural park and the Bulgarian foundation “Biodivercity” chose the site “Tulpan” over the Zabernovo village in the protected site “Paroria”. Following...
