Payment Policy of www.BourgasHotels.COM


The BourgasHotels.COM online booking system is owned and operated by Silky Holidays Ltd. When you use the booking system to make a reservation, you signify your agreement to these Conditions of Use and other applicable terms, conditions, and notices, including but not limited to the Conditions of Use of WebSite.

We require payment in advance for most of the hotels, vacations and transport services listed in our web site. You can pay by online credit card payment, cash or by credit card in our office or by bank transfer.

Online credit card payment: We accept Visa and MasterCard. You must pay at the time of reservation. Fares and taxes are quoted and charged in BGN. Credit cards issued by Visa and MasterCard may be used for reservations.
We do not collect and store card details. Credit Card information is not approachable by BourgasHotels.COM or Silky Holidays Ltd.

By PayPal: If you have a PayPal account and wish to pay by PayPal please note that due to the substantial fees, charged by PayPal for payments to Bulgaria, a 3% additional charge is applied for PayPal payments only.


Visit our office:
You can find us at 78, Krichim str., Sofia 1164, Bulgaria. You can complete your booking by paying cash or with credit card directly in our office. Please make sure, that you notify your booking agent before hand, to help us provide you with fast and efficient service.

Bank Transfer:
You can complete the payment for your reservation by bank transfer. Please note that usually bank transfers may take a few days, so you have to complete the payment at least 5 working days before the date of your accommodation. Please note that you have to cover all the charges for the bank transfer and please notify us after transfering the amount!

* The reservation details provided by your booking agent are based on the availability for a certain period. If you decide to proceed with the payment after a period longer than the one pointed in your “booking information letter”, please contact us again to check if the requested services are still the available.

Privacy policy
• We collect personal data such as full name and contact information (phone number, e-mail and street addresses), is provided voluntarily by the client. This information is collected when the client makes and modifies an on-line reservation, through www.BourgasHotels.COM. The information collected is used to confirm and process the reservation, to prepare an invoice, and to send a reservation confirmation e-mail.
• We are committed to protecting the information we collect and not to disclose the data received to third parties, except for the purpose of completing your transaction, providing booking services to you and obtaining professional advice, in order to prevent misuse.
• We may use your information to contact you regarding your holiday booking. We may contact you for feedback or to provide details of other products and offers from BourgasHotels.COM.

Cancellation policy: You can cancel or amend your reservation before your arrival date. Please note that every hotel listed in our web site has a different cancellation policy. Please follow strictly the instructions of your booking agent for each reservation, to minimize cancellation or no show penalties. If you cancel your booking before the cancellation deadline, 15 Euro penalty will be applied and the rest of the paid amount will be transferred back to you. In case you cancel your booking after the cancellation deadline term, the cancellation penalty stated during the booking process will apply. Early booking reservations are non-refundable and 100 % penalty is applied in case of cancellation!

Generally, cancellations can be made, providing details of this are received at least 3 months prior to departure day - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of:

- 30 days prior to departure date – 20% of the total cost of the reservation;
- 29 - 16 days prior to departure date – 30% of the total cost of the reservation;
- 15 – 10 days prior to departure date – 70% of the total cost of the reservation;
- Less than 10 days prior to departure date – the total cost of the reservation;

Unable to comply policy: In case the prepaid service cannot be supplied by the provider through the blame of Silky Holidays Ltd. we will offer you alternative service of the same or higher standard or will refund the amount of your reservation.

* Please note that any complaints against third parties suppliers should be proceeded directly on spot. The affected side should prepare a written statement singed by the two parties. In this case Silky Holidays Ltd. provides complete customer support until reaching a mutual consent.
